I once got called a hacker just because I figured out who the impostors were at the beginning of the game. So I was running around doing my tasks, I check who's at electrical (because usually crewmates die there), and I see that lime, cyan and blue are there, then the doors closed. The doors eventually opened, I go in and I see blue's dead body, and lime and cyan aren't there at all. I report the body, I start saying that lime killed blue, vented, and cyan vented along with them. Almost everyone votes lime, expect black and cyan, they voted for me. Afterwards, I press the button for emergency meeting, and I say the other impostor is cyan, cyan tries to deny it and black starts saying that I'm sus. Cyan gets voted off, and we win. Then black starts saying that I was a hacker because "there's no way to figure out who are the impostors that fast". I kept saying that I wasn't a hacker, and that I saw the three together at electrical, yet black kept insisting I was one. After a few games later, I get kicked off the server, it was funny ngl.
Mira HQ, went straight to caf to call a meeting and troll. Both Imposter follow me and fake tasks in front of me. I call a meeting and say this "lol" "Black and Cyan just vented" Black get voted off. I tried to call another meeting but we only get one. A body gets called shortly after that and I say it cyan. Orange, a dipshit, says I'm sus. Half the votes for cyan, half for me Purple skipped. I followed red then, got him to call and meeting. "Brown why are you following me?" "To call a meeting, thanks" "Oh, ok." "It cyan" Long story short, cyan was imposter we won. He then says I hack the game and called me a cheater. I tried to tell him that I saw him fake tasks but he left. I hate imposter who can't handle the fact that they lost
oh wow, 2 stories, time to say mine: I was crewmate (skeld with 2 imps) I went to admin to do my task, I saw 2 pll leave the card swipe at the same time, I sused cyan (the last to leave) and right after he leaves card swipe he goes to the upload (the game had almost just started, so they couldn't have did the download), I go to cafe and press the button, I said (is this say's past? idk) that it was cyan, and I say that cyan faked card swipe task and upload, thankfully the pll in the room believed me and voted cyan out, it was cyan, then I go to admin (I didn't do the card swipe) I then saw purp and other color doing the task and the task bar goes up by 2 tasks completed and they leave, I then knew they wasn't imps, then I alredy knew it was orange (but orange wasn't the only color alive that I didn't knew was clear), then I go to electrical and orange is leaving, then a body (from the other color I didn't knew if was clear, but I had forgot 'bout that color) in medbay is reported, I cleared purp and other color, I knew I was clear, I then say it's orange because they left electrical and the body was in medbay, the 2 pll I knew were clear voted orange with me, and then we won because it was orange, and I got banned from the room because I was smort. I have other story, but because of limit, I'm saying it on other reply
the second story happened last year, I was going to cams, I saw pink going down to medbay, and the vent opening, I go and press the button, and accuse pink, the pll voted pink and it was pink, and right after the meeting happened, the doors closed, and dark green (the other imp) had stopped and just moved when the doors closed, me being smort, I press the button, and when I pressed they said: didn't u saw? it was pink that closed the doors, that showed it was them, because how could they be so sure? I then say it's dark green, and the pll voted dark green (for my luck) and it was dark green and didn't got accused of using hacks
Heres my story so basically we where doing a skeld map 2 imposters earlier in game while doing task the lights went off at the corner of my eyes I saw black runs down we where in storage I move to electrical and a body is reported the reporter blue says he saw it in electrical before since I saw black I suspect him so I say why its black and this dumbass bitches orange and brown say how could I see if the light where off thankfully time ran out we voted black off black was the imposter then I was walking around try to do a little bit of detective work and a report comes in for 3 solid rounds brown keeps accusing me i keep a level head and at the end it comes down to 3 people a body is reported i was with lime when the body was reported brown immediately starts sucking up to me cause he knows that the last vote belongs to me plus for 3 round he has been and asshole to me I make it look like I trust brown and lime is scared and angry during the vote I pull a switch I vote brown brown was the imposter walk out of the ship with a winning smile cause I got both imposters people started to say I was hacking and they started kicking me out immediately during games to bad

Ikr. When you enter a server the game will make you crewmate or imposter more. So players are either crewmate (and occasionally imp) or imposter (and occasionally crewmate). Just part of the games program, so if your imp (if you join a new servers) you have more of a chance to be Imp again and again. Ever time you join a new server it changes. Idk if this is 100% true or how it works but I heard this from other people.
Depends on how many impostor games you’re playing *If you’re playing in 1:* that’s kinda ok but that’s not fair for the 1 impostor *If you’re playing in 2:* The recommend settings is 45 so you should be lucky you got 30 let’s just say you and your partner did a double kill and an innocent got voted out that’s 3 sacrifices so basically you and ur partner have to wait for an absolute amount of 60 sec which equals to a min if ur impostor partner didn’t kill and u killed and the body wasn’t reported so you killed 2 people in a min and maybe ur impostor teammate also killed one so that’s 1+1+1+1+1+1 6 sacrifices 4 left unless someone leaves basically you won when 6 people are dead but it can’t be always that crewmates accuse an innocent tho or maybe there were 6 sacrifices due to the fact people getting disconnected or leaving probably because of not getting impostor or they have some work to do or their bored if you got voted out as an impostor in 8 people renaming so your partner will have to get someone voted off or kill 7 people killing 7 people and someone not finding the body is impossible so you gotta accuse 2 3 people don’t say they vented cuz if 3 people got out they would be sus of u as they were not the impostor. *If you’re playing on 3:* You’re very lucky if u got 30 you should have 45 as there are 3 impostors and game will end very quickly with 30 sec cooldown you can just win in 3 impostors in a sec I was in 2 games and won twice in a second and it’s pretty rare if you’re in game and nobody disconnects or leaves the game so there should be about an average of 45 seconds kill cooldown. Well, this is what I think if you don’t agree to it then that’s fine sorry for typing 💬 so long but yea it can’t be that long In simpler words if what I said isn’t understood by you You should have 15-25 kill cooldown in 1 impostor 30-33.5 in 2 impostors 45-50 in 3 impostors If you were playing on 1 impostor then your correct the kill cooldown SHOULDNT be 30. But it’s hard to find games of 30 or lower or upper mostly it’s not cuz sometimes I can find a lobby with a good average number of kill cooldown and it also depends on how many impostors are gonna be there, kill cool-downs most of them are 45 it’s sometimes difficult for me to find a lobby of low kill cooldown
Once people accused me of hacking because I was imposter 4 times in a row and kept winning. The truth is I was just lucky and I’m somehow good at lying to people. After that when people kept calling me sus I would agree with them.

There was a game I played where as soon as the round started, I did the card swipe task fast and went to electrical. But then, someone thought I vented because "You couldn't have gone there this early in the game." Everyone belived that I vented, it was so dumb
The kill cool down- now, this happend to me before where my streak of inposter was 4 while playing with my cuisin on a call (we didnt rat or tell our roles) and my cuisin auto magically knew I was inposter the second time, lol

sadly bgm literally killed tos by making the game pay to play and deleting some accounts that had the game for free before the pay thing (sadly including mine i think)
@@itsallforpele i disagree, right before they made Town of Salem a game where you have to pay in order to play the game, there was countless bots running about that spammed so dang fast, there would be more than half of the lobby filled with bots(and for those who dont know the game its up to 15 people) the game was literally unplayable because of so many bots spamming like mad about nonsensical things, some even said racist things(if you were lucky to catch what any of them were saying)and you couldnt even do the /ignore because most of it went on so fast with the chat, if you managed to the /ignore, you would had to type it so slow cause of trying to pick up which bot it was, cant /ignore all of them at once they saved the game by making it pay to play(not to be confused with pay to win), if they hadnt done so then the very people who took advantage of it being free would have destroyed the game(what i mean by took advantage, is because of how it was free, there was no consequence to getting banned, the person can just go right back in with a different account, cause it was free, no price to prevent them, a price prevents most people from going "oh hey, this is free? might as well do whatever i want cause no can stop me!") besides the game was already pay to play technically, it was only the website that was free, you have to pay to get Among Us on Steam, its only $5, Among Us is only free on mobile and honestly a game being pay to play when it was free, isnt a big deal, especially if its on Steam, Steam has sales all the time, even down to 75%(for those that dont know, Town of Salem is also on Steam)

I get banned from the server just cuz im smart. Once i was in a lobby, the game finally started after 2 minutes, and saw cyan enter nav, and also saw purple in o2, later that game i saw cyan enter nav again to fake a task, so i called an emergency meeting and said its cyan, and he said "how?" And i said you entered nav twice, there should be no reason why you should enter the same room twice because you did all the tasks, so everyone voted him but purple and brown, and cyan was an impostor, then i saw purple in nav, called an emergency meeting and said the same thing what i said to cyan, we all voted for him but brown, purple was the impostor, we get back in the lobby, brown kept saying i was hacking, the impostors were actually defending me and saying that im just smart, turns out the host was brown and he banned me from the server, i had luaghed my ass off because of that, its not my first time too, i can't stand the stupid mobile players.
I got imp one game, wasn’t confident at all that I’d win, my partner was blue and I was cyan. I killed in electrical and accidentally got my partner voted off second round of game. So long story short I clutch, I’m careful and tactful. They don’t suspect me at all, I give bullshit stories that work surprisingly. I kill anyone who isn’t suspect, leave the suspects alive. It’s about 6 including myself, heart pounding and palms sweaty, I kill in navi didn’t know someone was on cams, so I go to cams, lock cafe, lower and upper engine and kill him successfully. I’m surprised no one found the bodies. I clutch so hard and kill someone in admin, then I circle around and find the last one I need to kill in comms. I win the game, my partner never left game and imps win. Orange being salty asf says in lobby to host to kick me because I was apparently a hacker and a cheater. I just say “gg did I just clutch that game??” And I apologize to blue for getting him booted. Orange still is a salty b. He’s imp next round but he’s caught and gets voted off and leaves the game😂😂
Well this happened to me recently after I became an imposter 2 times in a row soon after that I got called a hacker then I got banned from the lobby because everyone start calling me a hacker for winning as imp two times in a row. Its just annoying to accuse me as a hacker even its all just a mere luck
It’s so true u can’t win a game of imposter where no one starts fighting like I win a lot of times as imposter but then ppl start fighting with each other saying “why didn’t you vote out purple” and sometimes I just get banned from a room for winning as imposter it happened to me yesterday
Funny thing is the person I voted got uh shot into space whatever it’s called, oH I mean being ejected, anyway the person I voted was actually the murderer so it didn’t help my case ✌🏻 Tho they should’ve been thanking me, I won the game for them

Once before a game, I was purple, and someone asked if they could be purple cause they didn’t like brown.However they asked when there was like two seconds left before the game started, so I didn’t have time to switch colors. They called a meeting right then and said to kick me for a being a selfish brat and not letting him get the color he wants. everyone else had to have been friends with him because they agreed and started insulting me left and right with him. I finally was able to say that I was gonna let him, but he told me he wanted the color to late, and that next game I’d be happy to switch for another color. They didn’t really have an opinion on it and said that that’s not gonna “make me nice”( we all skipped).The Imposter (conveniently the guy who stared it all) killed me right away. Then his friends decided to play hide and seek for the rest of the game while I was just dead. Then the ghosts in the chat still continued to insult me, and I repeated my message from earlier. The game ends, and they ask for their color, so I say that they can still have it. I switch my color out for cyan, then another player calls me rude for taking the “next best color” that the one who wanted purple likes. I told them sorry I didnt know that, but again before I could switch, they started the game. They called a meeting again, and did the same thing with the insults. I told them to just leave it be and that I can switch again.I was killed immediately, then banned immediately next game. Among us is one of my favorite games hands down, but the people that play it really make me want to delete it.
Probably because a huge majority of people that say that are just trolls. Especially if it's at the very beginning of the round. The chances of the actual imposter outing themselves are extremely low. Unless of course, they just wanna test how stupid everyone is.

They didn’t call you a hacker because you were “too good” they called you a hacker because you got imp multiple times in a row, it has happened to me too
Now that's a respectable cooldown. I've been to way too many matches where the cooldown is like 20-10 seconds to make the Imp way easier to play. I find high numbers like 45 really fun as they're rather challenging. Those matches need a fair amount of crew tasks for balance, but still. Kudos to you!
