Personally, for me, I'm religious. I know it's hard to understand where I might be coming from, but I find a lot of the answers to these questions while reading my Bible. It's helped lead me out of a deep depression and eating disorder. I try to live every day knowing that everyone is deserving of love, so I try to give it to them ❤️

I don't usually get to talk philosophical and be completely, brutally honest as I could be answering this on my head, as I tend to be a little too people pleasing in trying to say what I think people want to hear rather than what i actually think. It was really nice and made me actually think on how I view time and life and everything which is actually kinda nice! Very interesting conversation that i rather enjoyed.

Sometimes I get into severely low moods but I feel helping others alleviate that feeling. I still don’t know what my happiness is since I feel my life is just a repeated cycle but I’m trying to incorporate new things. Even if I’m years late, I feel content that I’m not rushing.

"is "life goes on" your answer to everything?" yes, and "it is what it is". if it can't be changed just enjoy the most of it. things don't need to be extravagant or fancy to be enjoyed. joy can also be found in the simple things in life no matter how stupid or silly it sounds. I woke up breathing with my nose, that's a good thing. you can celebrate it if you want but it doesn't matter. celebrated or not celebrated, it's just good. things are just goo ig? and as a melancholy type of person, I weirdly also find joy in being sad. it's just good. it feels good and alive. life isn't the best or the easiest but it is what it is. the simple joy of just existing to be able to have the chance to experience amazing things whether it happens or not. personally, I don't see myself as an optimist but more of a realist who chooses to look at the good so idealist??? maybe?? idk ._. May your days be full of beauty. ❤️ Edit: I have been kind of feeling this way (thinking about how these are “the best years”). My friends, college or not, have been really struggling and it’s hard to watch. I do my best to cheer them up but I sometimes feel how they do, and it’s a bit hard to pick myself up. “Real life” is very daunting. I don’t know if this is what you’re going through, but if it is, I’m sorry you have to go through it. None of us want to waste our time here on this rock in space. However, as long as we make as many people happy as we can, I believe that fulfills our purpose as humans. We build each other up. Though we go through the trials and tribulations of life, we can still be kind and supportive of others. I’ve written you an email before and I probably should’ve just sent this as one, but I’ve always found it better to get my thoughts out asap. Anyways, thank you, again. I really appreciate these types of “deeper” audios. They help to address (not just mine) stresses and fears that some may not want to, but it’s healthier to acknowledge and start to dissect and rid our minds of them. Edit 2: Happiness is indeed very hard… but that means it’s not impossible.
