very interesting topic, thanks for starting the conversation! i would love if you shared your personal thoughts and as far as you are comfortable sharing your personal situation (e.g.: how are you managing your finances when you are moving countries, how was it figuring it out when you moved to singapore/bali, what are your own financial goals, how much (as a %) of your income do you save, etc) , to make it a little more personal of a video rather than going through the general tips of a generic 'how to save' video :)

"50/20/20" is such a bad idea. It encourages lifestyle inflation and you've left a typo in the comment so it doesn't even add up to 100. You should really look at the "Shockingly Simple Math Behind Early Retirement" and reach financial independence. How much you save dictates your life.

@@GeorgiaCaneyI do worry about lifestyle inflation. In the past few years, after seeing my pay rise, I also realised that my monthly expenditure was increasing in proportion to my income. While it is never out of control, I also realised that I am basically handcuffed to my job (or my type of job).
