I'd recommend the Step Mill machine at the gym and losing weight, the less personal weight you have to move with each step the easier everything else becomes

Great subject and super important to get some reasonable physical exercise - good for the heart, body and mind. As Blaine suggests just start walking, if you own a dog you’ll do that buddy a huge favour too lol. Thanks guys, cheers

It's been a while. Used to all the time out in Buick before the hunting went down the drain. Plus the spring bears are all over the road where the food is and so are the chickens. No need to go anywhere else.
