Exactly. I doubt they even wanted to evict them. I know my property management is all electronical and I'm sure chop made sure the owners knew they're RU-vidrs that mess around. There's no way that didn't know or at least get curious and RU-vid it. But since someone snitched it's proof the company knew and they needed to save their own assess. Rightfully so of course

and the amount of damage inflicted on the property didnt help. from the buisness perspective, an occupant that can leave at any time and do that much damage at any time would be horrible because no one would rent that place if it was trashed. money would have to be spent for repairs and renovations and a vacant home hurts the pocket the most

They deserved to be kicked out in all honesty, I was under the impression that the owner had signed off on all of this, but since that's not the case, the owner's probably super pissed that his house could have gone up in flames on multiple occasions lol. as a homeowner, the things they did most likely violated their contract and owning a rent home is extremely expensive. its not cowchops fault that untrustworthy tenants will trash then ditch a home, leaving The owner to pay for damages. thats the real reason the ownet kicked them out ^

Josh McCain wtf dude, they did a lot wrong they were the worst tenants ever that will cost so much to fix up and I am guessing that since they are in Colorado a pretty left leaning state the tenant laws are super lax giving them the ability to just leave the place like they did with a huge mess and no repercussions (though I could be wrong but even so it is still a huge pain in the ass for the owner) I am not saying this doesn't suck but still they weren't devoid of guilt.
