Can't hurt me by David Goggin's, amazing book choice. I read it last summer and it honestly changed my way of thinking. I love the 40% rule as well.

Question Jake why don’t u get a corner desk put that on the window then get a tv and cheap couch in the middle where your bed and and desk meet. Just an idea great video
