Those glasses really look great on you Kaylee! I can't believe how long your hair has gotten. You did so well at the eye Dr honey even most adults don't do that good. You found a great office that took the time to explain and let her do it as she felt comfortable! Have a great day

I've never had or needed glasses😳👁👁, I have perfect eyesight🤩😍, and I've always LOVED women with glasses. In these times, it seems to me that most people who say "glasses aren't cool" are people who *_DO_* wear glasses!
Glasses are amazing lol i was so so happy to get a new prescription lol and new frames lol so many to pick from styles lol people buy frames with blue light to just protect there eyes lol
Having been an optician for many years, I'm now retired, I knew as soon as Kaylee said she couldn't see things far away that she was certain to be getting glasses. I know she was told she needs to wear her glasses fulltime but unless she has quite a bit of astigmatism correction in her glasses I'm surprised she wasn't told to not wear her glasses when doing close work such as reading for more than 30 minutes. Of course I would never over rule what her doctor has recommended for her. I'm sure by the end of the first day when she took her glasses off at bedtime things were extremely blurry compared to what her normal vision had been like. Once her eyes get fully adjusted to her glasses she's not going to be able to see hardly anything very well without her glasses anymore. That's completely normal to happen. Ever sine her eyesight started changing she has been using something called "accommodation" to help her with seeing. now wearing glasses that will go away rather quickly and she will need to rely on her glasses to see now. She seems like she is fine with having to wear glasses all the time. So it doesn't look like your going to need to be pushing her to wear her glasses. And once she's used to wearing glasses and her eyes get adjusted she will know how much she needs her glasses. By the way I think she made really good choices on her glasses as well. Because she is going to be wearing glasses fulltime getting two pairs was the right thing to do. It may seem hard to believe now but once she gets adjusted to her glasses if something were to happen to her glasses she have a hard time going without glasses until a new pair could be made. So mom, I'm assuming you also got your eyes examined and you also got new glasses as well. You're also nearsighted based on needing them for driving. Did your prescription change? Usually once you're past your mid twenties your eyesight becomes quite stable. Since you also have glasses for close work I'm curious as to why you don't get progressives which would have both prescriptions in them plus a bonus of a mid range prescription as well? Progressives doesn't mean you would have to start wearing glasses fulltime but rather just the option if you wanted to wear glasses for both rather needing two different pairs of glasses.
Awesome ghosts. Glad you were able to find out now about your eyes and help them then not at all. Our one daughter can't see very well without her glasses either. As she says .. she's like Velma on Scooby-Doo and she's not wrong

I hate the air test the most lol I'm 32 my prescription really jumped this year I can only go every 2 years so lol I was so so car sick 24 7 the last year due to wrong prescription now with the new it's gone lol got 5 new pairs from zeelool -400 -350 lol mphioa astigmatism in both thank God that didn't change lol thank God for zeelool in store suck I'll never get them in store again lol
Okay side note the Ghosts showed up on my doorstep and they are now known as Bob and Bert and living under my daughter’s Halloween tree in the kitchen. Only problem is I don’t think that I ever will get them back
I have mphioa astigmatism in both lol mine are -400 -350 lol mine started to to in right before the sec year was even up so as the year went on i got more car sick 24 7 lol omg i was in heaven ones i got the new prescription lol prsying my eyes dont get anyworse in the next 2 years lol lol as i just spent to get 5 pairs 3 in aug 2 September lol got one pair of tinting in the sun and one blue light blocking lol
