Little Lily such a quiet hard worker whose achievements are often just seemingly taken for granted and she doesn't get nearly the praise or encouragement given to the boys. ( at least not on the videos)

You and your family are definitely my hero’s! Rebecca especially.. I lost my love for life after having my son and going through postpartum depression. I stopped doing the things my soul graved and slowly but surly dig myself a very deep hole. Over the last year I’ve been watching every single one of your videos and taking in all the little thing. I now have a booming spring garden here in New Zealand and I’ve never been so been so motivated and completed in my life and I put that down to you. There is a great decal, you may want from amazon that says “If you ate today, thank a farmer- If you ate in peace, thank a veteran “ I really enjoy your RU-vid! I am from North Carolina and a veteran. I am working on the railroad ( Locomotive Engineer) in Mississippi but will retire soon, back to NC to our farm. Thank you for the great lessons on chickens and gardening!

Justin, you and the Beautiful One, are my heroes next to my Mom (RIP). This just shows one way you are a good person, you are helping another get started. My Mom was like that, she didn't have much, but what we had was shared with those who couldn't do. She died in the early 90s and I still miss her. Thank you for sharing with all of us! Stay safe.

If starting out with cheese, try a simple quest fresco that can be modified with many different flavors. Heat 1 gallon of your milk to 180 degrees (yes, you need a very accurate thermometer). Turn off the heat, and add 3/4 cup white vinegar slowly while gently mixing. The milk will start to separate. Cover the pot and leave it for 20 minutes. Pour through a strainer to separate the curds and whey. You can feed the whey to your animals. Strain out as much whey as possible. Put the cheese into a bowl and add 1 1/2 teaspoons pink salt and the juice of 1 lime. Mix thoroughly. If you want a flavored cheese, add chives, scallions, oregano, basil, thyme, or any other flavors you like. Place the cheese in a small container with a lid and leave cheese n the fridge for 24 hours. Enjoy!,
