Don't you just love these joiners who just nail gun battens to plaster board walls, and nail boxing in in place that fall apart when us plumbers come along to dismantle their work searching for causes of leaks.😜😜😂.I would of used a bandseal on the left of that 4".

Heatrea sadia all the way for electric boilers, the design of that boiler was asking for trouble without a AAV inside at high level . You live and learn in this trade, Like shower pumps will not even entertain anything but Stuart turner now, I have only just started watching other plumbers/ gas engineers videos. Thought I only got the shit jobs!! Great work Tom. 👍🍻

Great jobs , looked like a terrain boss with maybe a ring seal one side for expansion on the 4” ? If it was I find the terrain seals push out of place quite easily if there not treated like a baby ! I’m new to your channel- your videos are really good to watch - keeping it real mate 👍🏻

hi Tom . i was watching the boiler job problem . and i was thinking if youd jammed open the diverters u know on the notch and switched the pump round . and run the pump full on .on a lead . that might have highlighted the problem earlier mate . but i know non return valves if they were in ther would have been a prob. and if i found the paddle sw would reverse i think that i would ave tried that . . its a thing i used do the get a stubbern a lock out of a coil or pipe wrk . lol worked more often than not though .and she might just have run . and gave u hope mate . any keep on jubbin matey....

Hi Tom, Polypipe do a slip in their above ground I'm sure its an SH45. My local city stocks them. Used to be able to knock the lugs out before they put the band style in them 😢

That's what technical are there for .see they where there usual helpful self .useless. can't believe it was something so silly stopping it working .😯😯. I'd bet that the paddle switch was fitted wrong way round at manufacture. Well sussed though. Take it all back, just watched until the end 😊

Them plastic keys are shite bad idea they can be a nightmare

why don't the front of boilers open like a door rather than fold down so if you get a leek on heat exchanger or any thing else it can leek on the electrics of the fold down panel also the pressure vessel behind heat exchanger above electrics flap and pump act .vessel should be at the front in front of heat exchanger fan box on a simple hinge and just covered by top casing cover. ?

Is white 4" easy to find in England

That short boss pipe was leaking on the O ring adaptor, probably the O ring was displaced when it was pushed onto the pipe . Clearly it was nt pressure tested . The electric boiler with no AAV bottle is poor design , it's always going to airlock , the pump would have been ok on the flow if it wasn't air locked. It's annoying when you have to fix other people's mistakes.

Why didn’t you put the brown coupling on the other pipe first then you could have had it longer? Regards, Dave

I bought a new boiler so that I wouldn't have to use a key link anymore.

The boiler people should increase the delay time on the pressure switch , in addition should come with a manual vent. What a crock of shit you’re dealing with, feel your pain my friend. What is the electric boiler manufacture brand ,
