Just an interesting question I see you have a thing that tracks your time for each segment and compares it to your pb. When you glance and see that you are doing better than your pb, does it improve or worsen your performance? What about when you see you are close to your pb but still worse during the run, do you lose hope and worsen performance or do you usually push faster to try and beat it anyway?
