hi Aiden! I hope you're feeling better :) I wanted to let you know, that your videos really make me feel like I'm in a safe place. I'm also sooo grateful for you for the way you care about us, whether it's with the numbers you're putting in your descriptions and even, at the very start of this video just making sure that we're on a safe enough mental headspace to listen to you before you even start to talk. you are loved. you are needed. I recently relapsed too, and I literally ruined my whole school year because I felt the need to focus on my mental health and stability so that I can handle things better in the future, but I think that we also need to focus on the present and try to find beauty in the very little things, not that I regret taking care of myself first, but we should just not forget, what keeps us there. life is a problem itself. but we do have the ability to get through it and we will. take care of you, please. and to any human being reading this, take care of you too
