I haven't sparred in over 10 years and then Ryosuke wants to sparre me... It was interesting for sure! If you've ever wondered how it feels getting punched in the face you'll know MY feelings by the end of this experience...

Just saw you as a coach for abroad in japan and found your channel, its awesome to see you are still acitve! I started Kyokushin because of you and Andy Hug after that i had a little run at pro kickboxing and now i own a boxing club. I just realised that your career influenced me a lot and for that i thank you!
