i think definitely start the renovations straight away - like cody and lex did - it’ll be so much easier and you’ll appreciate it so much more rather than trying to live with a new baby and you’re already exhausted trying to organise everything and being in the same space as the mess and noise while it’s being renovated. also don’t dye your hair brown😭 i love it blonde. keep it nice and light for the summer and then dye it when fall comes if you still want to

From experience* I would do the house construction ASAP and move in when it’s completed so that you can just relax and enjoy it with your sweet lil fam! It’s so hard to do projects once the baby is there because you have to leave if things are too dusty or noisy. It seems so much less stressful to pop in and check in on projects with a 2 month old baby but not have to live through it haha 😂

If you can avoid living in a construction zone, I'd definitely recommend it! It's much easier to get everything done when the place is empty. I'm so glad we were able to do renos before moving in. It gets hectic and messy!

I would 100p do the renovations before moving in! I know so many people that move in and do renovations after and it’s taken years to get any projects done. It took my older sister 10 years to finish all of her renos to her home!

You could be getting a skin condition called rosacea it’s pretty common to get flares during pregnancy. It is not dangerous and nothing to worry about typically it gets a lot better or completely resolves after your baby comes.

Trust me when I say DEF don’t live in the house with construction/renovation going on with a newborn- you will be so overwhelmed. Definitely agree with you having that done and moving in when baby is a few months old! For your sanity ❤️

I love both your blonde and brown hair, it's like truly a 50/50 split. Blonde is like you put more effort in and are more glam and prettily stylish, but brown is naturally beautiful and elegant and effortless. Both incredibly beautiful however 🥰💞✨

Trust me FIRST RENOVATIONS then move in once the baby is 3 months old. Really I have been in the EXACT same position! And I am so relieved we did renovations first!! Handling all that with a newborn would be extremely though with their sleep schedule and stuff.

Keep the blonde! Enjoy it while you've already dyed it! When you color it brown again it's gonna stay the same damaged texture so might as well enjoy it while it's blonde and if you want your hair brown again wait for it to grow out and when it starts looking funky dye it brown! You do you! Do whatever you want haha.

So happy for you! 🤍 The first two months with a baby take sooo much adjusting especially with baby waking and nursing at night so if you’re able to you guys would probably benefit more from staying in the Airbnb while renovations finish and then moving in so you’re not stressed out from construction noise waking up baby during the day or something like that! I can’t wait to see the farm! What a dream 😭🥰✨

What a lovely baby shower! So happy your luck has picked up with houses. My recommendation is to renovate first before moving in. My best friend had her 2nd baby a year and bit after her first daughter and she was counting her lucky stars that they sorted the house out before so all the family werent stressed by all the renovations. But of course whatever you decide will work out for the best xxxx

We bought a fixer upper farm house and did all renovations before moving in. It was so nice to not have to live in construction. Whatever you choose I am just so happy for your little fam ❤️ can’t wait to see the house!

Out of my experience, I’d recommend doing the renovations and then moving in when they’re done! It’s so hard to have that going on with a baby. And their sleep schedule is so messed up for the first month or two. We planned on doing renovations after we had our baby, ended up waiting til she was a toddler because it’s very hard lol.

Do reno before moving in! My dad and his family built our house 30 something years ago, and my parents moved in without completing the upstairs portion (one unfinished room, an unfinished bathroom, and stairs that need work) and it was never finished to this day lol.

Definitely do renos before moving in - that way the noise wont wake up the baby and cleaning will be easier with no furniture around. Cant wait for u to show ur house someday - i bet it will be beautiful and homey

Trust meee I sent throught the same hair thing. I have it blonde but once I dyed it brown, I felt like myself! And thats what matters! Try toning it brown if you still want to to experiment with the lighter colors.
