Blood flow restriction therapy veteran here. I just keep telling myself each session with it is like 3 regular sessions without it. Helps keep me focused and working hard, even when I don't really want to. Hang in there, Kris! We love you! Merry Christmas to you, Marcus and the pups! 🎄

I really hope they are truly doing ok with their ptsd. Having complex ptsd, I know how terrible it can be and I hope they immediately went to therapy so they can hopefully not suffer as much and for as long. Love you guys

keep the updates coming! I'm an athletic training student so hearing about your rehabilitation progress is so intriguing for me! Also, they were using electrical stimulation and ice combination! Its a great modality to reduce pain and inflammation to the area!

the arm pressure band they placed on you is called BFR or Blood Flow Restriction training, which will aid in muscle hypertrophy!

Hey, there! I came across your channels a while back when you first posted about your accident. I also broke my femur a couple years ago. I am so glad that you and Marcus are going to physical therapy. My post-op care was not very good and I didn't go to PT until this past summer. I wish I would have gone in the beginning like you guys. I know it is not fun, but it is totally worth it. Keep it up!!!

Kristin! I always play the fireplace on my tv too even though ours works haha...however, I recommend playing “coffee shop ambience” on RU-vid whenever you are working around/cleaning the house. It’s so cozy and a perfect way to stay safe during Covid all the while getting cozy coffee shop feels!

I has surgery in September and I had to do that machine that squeezes your leg so hard that it feels like its going to fall off! I know how hard that is and you are a trooper!
