Getting rid of annoying popup on Samsung Smart UHD tv Series 6 

If you don't have the ''expert settings'' option, go onto settings, scroll down to ''support'' then scroll down again to ''Use mode'' and put your settings to ''Home use''. Problem should be solved. 👍

I have a series 3 I watched this video trying to figure out how to do it took me like 30 min to figure it out. I just had to press the volume button on the tv and the menu button at the same time and it worked 👍 I hope this helps someone with the same problem.

I don’t have a remote and I only have the buttons on my TV and all I can do is power of higher the volume lower the volume and change the channels what do I do help

I Tried it this way and then the messaged popped back up. Made it work better by doing this. If you want a true black screen with thunder and rain etc.. sounds then, Go to settings then Accessibility and then picture mode off. It leaves a true black screen with no pop up and when you are ready to watch regular tv you just hit any button on the tv remote to get it back on. True black screen not a gray one.
