Thoughts and emotions are like waves, just watch them disappear in this vast ocean of consciousness. Do not fight them and do not indulge. Be a passive spectator. I acknowledge that it is easier said than done but one can experiment.

Through the course of the video you can see the visual change on the girl's face When she was first asking the question you could sense her emotion to be low and that she's exposing herself but it's something that she really needs answer to. Towards the end of the video her facial expressions change completely and it's like someone just showed her what she'd be looking for all her life. Acharya Prashant ji has something about him. 🙏
