Everyone in California gives two "travel time estimates", the first is how long it would take at 3AM without anyone on the road, and the second is the first time multiplied by 876. #RushHour
Awesome video!! I saw you guys in Moab and said hi when we rode past. Didn't wanna bug you guys if you were trying to prepare for the race. Macky's times were awesome. Did Syd not race?
Glad you got to enjoy the little gem called Rockville! I enjoyed it for 6+ years until I retired from the military and moved to Idaho. Love your channel! Dan
You are all good riders! Mack, you are an excellent climber, especially on the technical stuff. Seth is an animal going down those trails. You all seem like a lot of fun to be around. I used to live in the Bay Area, not far from where Brian lives. Yah, traffic there is horrible. Now, you're heading to my new neck of the woods. Have fun!
LOL! the cows. I remember being chased by a bull (or a cow) @ that place once. Haven't been back since 90's since my life entered it's next stage. It changed some from the look of it, but still looks fun! Just got back into mountain biking again and hope to visit there someday!
My favorite Cali 'not awesome' driver move is when (insert luxury car brand HERE) drivers get into the EXIT ONLY lane to then stomp of the brakes right before the lane turns off the freeway to then hold up traffic and jump back into the freeway lane. I wish California had cameras on city freeways to catch people like that plus when you get a ticket it was based of how much your income is. Rich people here in California do not care about getting tickets because the fine is disproportional to their income. Sorry you guys had to deal with that.
Seth just hucks off everything. GoPros have come a long way. The gimble glitches are so noticeable looking back but we thought the video was awesome then.
I am 6'7". All trails are built for short people. ;) Last ride I slammed my helmet into a branch on the ride out. And the ride back the same branch snagged the loop/handle on my osprey and stopped me and almost pulled me off my bike. LOL
SYD and MACKY I knew a guy in college that was 6'10". When I realized he had to duck for every doorframe, not just old ones, I had a whole new world view. :)
I’m new to your vlog. And I was wondering if you like your bike computer. And which brand is it. ? I always worry about them falling off or getting scratched in a crash. What have you found so far?
Super cool video guys! Hope Syd's ok...Macky, dude...I don't know what to say, you just slide off those steep downhills like they were flat!!! Scary...I do like how Syd does it. She kinda rolls over everything really smooth....great technique...
I comment before i have watch the video... i saw the video of this trail on BKXC channel and i'm loooking forward to see it from your view. Some cool stuff on that trail!!
Been waiting for this video to come out, deserve a solid sub for the way you smoked Cascade Macky! I tried riding it after the first video Brian did while sessioning it. Man I almost died cause I went straight in without walking it or anything and almost died cause it had rained the day before lol. Nothing is better than watching some nice shredding and getting motivated to push your self! Keep up shred going, best of luck!
That was some hi-tech technical trail! Oh man those chicken fajitas looked amazing. I'm really liking Seth's footage, but I'm to vain to wear that crazy looking helmet lol.
I have the same problem as you, bro. No cows want to be my friends. That looked like a fun ride, keep being more awesome! I'll try to apply that philosophy in my life, see where it gets me.
Are you getting that slurping noise from your fork? I have the trace with the rough cut damper and I have that slurping. Know anyway to get rid of or lesson it?
It's just the oil returning through the damping ports. It's normal. You can decrease it by speeding up your rebound (opening the holes) but I'd rather deal with the noise and have my fork feel the way I want 😁
Thanks for the follow-up. Good to know my fork is working fine. I ride a SS so out of the saddle climbing is kind of annoying with the slurping but I will get used to it, or dial up the HSC for the climbs.
Can’t seem to be able to locate this Interpretive Trail on the map. Planning on riding there next weekend, and it looks like you, Seth and Brian had so much fun there. Can you give me an idea which way to head to locate it?
@@sydandmacky Thanks for the reply. I was out there this past Monday and I did find the trail (down the Wild Turkey Run trail by the bathrooms) Had a great ride and just happened to run into Brian as I was going in. That man is everywhere. Happy riding.
I'm still Like get ME OUT!! lol southern California is the worst more than half the Population all bad Drivers that in their Minds think they are the Best. Its Like a Childish Game of less awesome drivers being more awesome to their Ego, but not to "Other Drivers" oh man Its a Vicious cycle. I need to Move its dampening my chill Vibe lol.. any How I'm a New subscriber, its cool to see other couples that ride together I got my Gf into mountain biking not knowing what to expect but she Loves it more than I thought she would..
its my favorate song! sometimes i watch old videos ive alresdy seen just to hear the song "just wiggle your geet, shake your jet just wiggle your geet, shake your jet-eye"
