Yeah, AA as an atheist don't work. there is no motivation for me there

I was doing a bunch of research and I finally figured out how to be sober. Here is the formula: don’t do drugs. If u don’t do drugs u will be sober. Stop overthinking it. Remove drugs and replace with no drugs. Your welcome

I'm agnostic and groups here are so loud and rude, so horrible. I'm hoping to stay sober at least until I get access to other treatments, like the Sinclair method.
