Yeah just on this video alone, im dropping you a sub. Ive just recently started playing and i had no idea about even a quarter of what you have just showed. The tutorial ingame taught me absolutely nothing compared to this one video haha. Cant wait to watch the rest. Cheers dude!
I've got 2.4k hours on Rimworld, it's basically the sci-fi version of Dwarf Fortress without z-axis. But instead with all manner of morally dubious things to do! ^^
Hi, Ic0n! Lemme give a hint for 12:56 for you and all viewers: - you can right-click the 'Allow' tool and the context menu that appears on it allows you to unforbid all the things on the entire map! including all those packaged meal drops that tend to land on edges of the map.
@@kaffaunreal347 I've been running Allow Tool for such a long time that I have derped over many features that went into vanilla. Kinda does it to you when you got used to so many QoL mods. That's why I'm gonna run 100% vanilla on this series and Anomaly when it releases. Also feel like Vanilla is nowadays WAY better than ever.
This is genuinely partially for me a training/warmup session for Anomaly as well. I haven't played Rimworld since months and explaining everything refreshes my memory nicely too ^^
Thanks for doing a rimworld run. Its a game I really want to like more than I do, but I think I tend to go WAY overboard with mods, and everything becomes too unstable. I'm also looking forward to seeing you deal with your first mech cluster, as that tends to end me.
Right click Rimworld in your steam games library and select properties. Head to the Tab "Betas" and select the "unstable - public testing" version and you are good to go.
