Hello viewer, You can download world map and state data (vector files) from many websites. However, if you want to download, I recommend you to refer geodata.mit.edu or www.openstreetmap. org. You should attach or at least put the link of the data source. I spent 1 hr. searching for Gujarat highway vector but I could not find it, I would suggest for any other tutorials please attach whatever data source you using it otherwise no beginner can find them thanks

Dear Wayt'akaq, You can add text at the specified location using Text Annotation Toolbar. If Text Annotation toolbar is not visible in your project then, you can make it visible using following steps: Under View Menu-> Toolbar --> Select Annotations Toolbar After that --> "Create Text at Point" icon will be visible on your toolbar menu along with other icons.
