There's lots of examples, it depends on how advanced you want to get and what you want to do! If you're interested in building a simple two-wheeled robot controlled by a raspberry pi, check out the playlists on our channel. If you want to learn to program in all kinds of different areas of ROS, check out The Construct, www.theconstructsim.com/, lots of great material there. There's also videos from past ROS events, and ROSWorld 2020 will be online and free to attend this year. A large portion of ROS-related robotics material is open source and much of that is well documented, so there's lots to choose from. Explore the body of software that's compatible with ROS and consider focusing in on an area that really interests you. This might be autonomous vehicles, localization and mapping, real world simulation, computer vision, embedded systems engineering, motion planning for things like robot arms...the list goes on and on. Each of these specialty areas has a body of knowledge with tutorials to get you up to speed. Finally, feel free to reach out.
