The "VariableStepDiscrete" solver cannot be used to simulate block diagram 'firsttry' because it contains continuous states.. help me with this

Once try by increasing the size of the block It might b showing like that due to lack of space to to fit the T.F. Pls do try n let me know if it worked out or not .

i am using R2018a matlab,, here i tried the " dashboard scope" , everything goes fine but in the end when i run the program, it display nothing.. only the boundaries of dashboard scope appears ( the rectangle). but inside its white screen. what must be wrong ??

Based only on what I read you did from your comment, so maybe you already did... Did you select which functions do you want to see on the dashbord scope? Maybe you selected none and so you see the white boards of an empty graph only
