This video helped so much, I was almost going to return my camera I couldnt figure out how to change my video iso and shutter speed from auto but I realized that I have to put it into Manual Video mode (🎥M) and change setting from S to M , thanks !

Awesome video. Very clear and helpful! Does re setting the camera reset the firmware back to 1.0?

For most camera, no, it doesn't do it.
