Love that this is dishwasher safe and you can use any bag. Disappointed that the extension poles/wands don't store on board, this was a major factor in my decision to purchase. Never realized that those wands didn't store. I agree with the other recommendations wheels, cordless/rechargeable would make this even better.

I'm happy they don't store on the unit. Be okay if they had a bag or something to store tho.

I bought Couple of these from COSTCO since was on sale , is really good & compact for use around the house & patio or one more i bought for garage for quick pick ups , is really good & compact thats what i love, just only wish the canister had bigger capacity

What is the diameter of the hose for universal attachments? I measure 1 1/2", but for some reason I am thinking 1 1/4". I just don't want to have to return them.

My new Shark Mess Master would be perfect if it had wheels. For older people or those with back issues, 10 lbs is a lot of weight to pick up and carry around the house. I’m thinking of getting a small dolly with wheels from the hardware store so that I can scoot the Mess Master around the house with me. Future editions of the Shark Mess Masters will undoubtedly have wheels like those found on rolling luggage.

Don't they make vacuums with wheels?

@@beerye3750 Yes, vacuum cleaners have wheels but they would be ruined if they vacuumed up liquids. Vacuum cleaners are strictly for dry messes. The Shark Mess Master is kind of like a sump pump that vacuums out water leaks in basements, and also vacuums up dry debris. I could have gotten a sump pump I guess, but the ones I looked at were quite large.

I noticed that no one is explaining how to put the extra extended wand on the hose. I tried to put it on. It does not fit. Need help

We're sorry to hear your difficulty attaching the 3 piece extension wand onto the hose. It would just push together. Due to it not fitting, we would ask you to call our customer support at 1-800-798-7398. We're open Monday through Friday from 9 am - 9 pm EST and Saturday 9 am to 6 pm EST.
