Loved this podcast wish i had heard it 41/2 years ago. Finding a good lawyer is so hard and heartbreaking. I've been fighting my insurance company for years (jan 2019 to present) and have lost everything but my house ... so far and the many reasons for the losses is paying lawyers costs and there was just no where to turn for help. You feel so victimized over and over again. We have learned more about law and insurance then any one person should have to over this mostly because there was very little help and some very bad people our there. The system is so broken. This podcast would have save us a lot of frustration and heartbreak so thank you for doing this so it can help people understand, you have choices and you're not powerless in the process. It's hard to break out the cycle of self doubt growing up being told I was worthless, I know the people who said these things were themselves broken but even knowing the truth seeing through it all, the self doubt just wont go away. The self doubt makes my work ethic amazing, but my pain ruins any success I have and I'm always back to ground zero. No psychology books no inspirational videos change anything, the only thing that remedies it is watching positive people like you do positive things. Even with the negative things that happen you don't rant you don't complain you just deal with it with a positive outlook.
Cole is the first attorney I have ever seen to dress down earthly. I think it's awesome he where's the headband all the time he just doesn't seem like the typical Attorney. It would be nice if there are a lot more attorneys out there like him.

I watch almost all your videos all all your channels. I understand that you'll get sued just from being in business. What I also understand is that as an honest man, with great principles, if you made a mistake in business, you'd do all you could to make it right. Most people would thank you for making it right. A small few (very small) would make lots of noise and eventually sue. I guess that's part of doing business.
so im gonna follow thru with it cuz its my reputation especially starting this detailing biz. i cant go anywhere w/out being followed... and its not about the money these cops will know i dont mess around with nothing but legal ways
this towns a joke so i went to the bank get a loan for 20k i already made a proposal... i make 46k a year they said get a biz cert from town clerk /town denies it has nothing to do with property zoning its for a van and detailing tools.. insured and reg on stae street property tf lol
YA reasons why i can do this cleaning biz alone... i know real estae 1st tax liens .. all law books look the same lol... i dissolved it in 2009 after i got into trouble messing with the white girl lol.. what was kewl iused a tax company there in utah like a sat office there for tax purposes
