You might not have a good air supply. The supply line could be too small or the air supply source doesn't have enough volume to keep up with the flow demand. Do Garco supply 2 quart pressure pot with agitator? We only have 1 quart of paint but we do need agitator as well because the paints are heavy metal based ones.

In this video, the AirPro is a conventional air spray gun that uses standard air atomizing technology. The pressure pot feeds or supplies the coating to the AirPro spray gun under pressure, making it suitable for applications requiring a steady flow of material. Conventional spray technology does not use electrostatics. Can you help me, I have a similar unit, only it is 12 gallons, and the guns are the same, but I use it for 2 cabins, the air connections for the guns are taken from an independent line, we adjust the first regulator to about 20 psi, but is there a problem if I keep the second regulator, which is the air outlet to the gun, at zero? Since I do not use that outlet, it is worth mentioning that I have not had a good result, since the paint comes out dry
It is okay to set the second gun air regulator to zero when it is not in use. If the paint atomization is too dry, then the air pressure is either set too high or the air cap selection is incorrect.
