It ought to be a requirement that all your contractors watch your videos. Help them get a 'running start" Seriously.lots of changes happening at the homestead and that's a good thing.
This is a process, lucky for you, you've seem to have some time to get this done. People back in the day they had to get on it. Guess that's why they tried to have lots of kids (big family) or keep some able bodies people close by.

When a company is getting ready to set up a housing division, they go through this. Most people wouldn't realize, if you have property, you will need to clean up the area(s) that you going to put structures on. It's not anything that happens over night. PN you are continuing to do an awesome job with you WV property. Guess you've finally gotten everything out of NY & are officially set there??
