Amen! Pride is one of the sins that I struggle with the most. It is really REALLY hard to find that balance between not thinking you’re worthless but not thinking too highly of yourself, either. I pray that Jesus might heal and reveal to me how to humble myself and put Him and others first.
@@PoatoSpud Yeah. I think we all struggle with this or have struggled at some point with this. But God keeps on telling me "looking unto Jesus, the AUTHOR and PERFECTER of our faith", Hebrews 12:2. I believe when our gaze is on Jesus, we just do what we see Him do and what we hear Him say to us while we study His Word and pray. Obedience is just the key. It's the Balance. It's what keeps us from extremes. It'll help us not to think highly of ourselves and not as worthless as well. But just as Christ thought of Himself (as God's Son, yet lowly and humble). Matthew 11:29. Honestly, it's the Holy Spirit who helps accomplish this in us, that's why we must yield in obedience 🙏🤗
