Understanding all Class Bs are made by hand (therefore not perfect by any means) there will be issues/problems from time-to-time, but I can imagine yours are likely much less than your competitors, so are your limited dealers, now, fully trained and capable of handling the major ones (electrical, inverter, ION-related, integrated systems, etc.) or do buyers sometimes have to bring their RVs to manufacturing HQ in CA for really complex service issues/matters? Also, now that M-B has started building e-Sprinters with AWD do you plan to enhance your line-up to go 'All Electric'; and do you envision doing prototypes for upcoming RV shows with your larger or smaller models?
Thank you for the comments. We have an extensive dealer network. However, we will authorize ANY RV service center or RV mobile repair technician to complete warranty work on our behalf after required pre-authorization. We ask that Grech RV owners contact our internal service team for guidance and diagnostic assistance prior to contacting a dealer service center. We look forward to working with Mercedes-Benz Sprinter on electric options in the future.
Hi David - Can you provide information as to when Grech will have Strada Ion Tours available on the new 2023 Sprinter chassis? The new Sprinters are B20 compliant making obtaining the proper fuel much easier now and into the future. Thank You
