Dr Jayne Singer gives an amazing insight into how a baby's behaviour shows us their unique individuality right from birth! Babies aren't born as blank slates and they certainly don't all 'work' the same. Babies, just like children and adults, have their own likes, dislikes, temperament and character. As you spend time with your baby you will get to know them as the unique individual they are - and their behaviour will guide you as you care for them ♥
More about the presenter Dr Jayne Singer:
Jayne is a clinical psychologist and has worked at Boston Children’s Hospital, Massachusetts since 1988. She currently holds the position of Clinical Director of the Child and Parent Program in the Developmental Medicine Center. Jayne is also Assistant Professor of Paediatrics and Psychiatry at Harvard Medical School!
As well as all this Jayne is an International Trainer of the Brazelton Touchpoints Approach to development and parent-provider partnerships, and the Newborn Behavioural Observations system; representing the Brazelton Touchpoints Center and the Brazelton Institute in the USA.
