Petrosyan is on a whole different level. Can't think of any current K-1 fighter that could stop him. If he keeps this up, he could dominate the sport for the next years or so. Unless, Benny "the Jet" comes out of retirement :)
i have to say that this is one of the best k1 fights and it is good that you do not see the same people all the time !!!! buakaw is still my best but i have to say that this fight was very very professional
Jabba had no answers for Petrosyan. Totally outclassed. And that bout with Buakaw? That was definately a draw but man is Petrosyan looking really good in this match versus a pretty good fighter.
Numero Uno, indeed! His [feline] reflexes are unmatched in the division. Compliments to Askerov on lasting over 2 rounds! Petrosian will most likely take the belt: as impressive as Kyshenko was this year, I doubt either he, Buakauw, Masato (if he dares a proper match before his withdrawal from K-1) or anyone else could manage to stop him. I'd like to see Askerov matched against Dawson, Drago or Zambidis.
Yea I see Bukaw, kyshenko, Petrosyan and Drago as the Final four. I root for Buakaw but Petrosayn and Kyshenko are Great fighters. Would love to see Kyshenko vs Buakaw in the final.
Well, his opponent was very good, so I don't think it was about him trying to hit air, Petrosyan was better that's all more control I think by Petrosyan.
Which planet are you from. Buakaw didn´t win the fight against Gevorg in Stockholm it was a draw. And Buakaw were very lucky to get a draw in that fight, becuase I and most of the others that saw the fight live agreed that Gevorg really won that fight.

yeah in this fight your right, but look at petrosyan vs Naruepol, there he fights thai style. He really isnt heavily influenced by dutch style, the dutch fight more in combo, switching up and down, straight-hook-r-low kick etc petrosyan delivers more single low-kicks with excellent timing, his combo's with the hands are rarely followed with the kick. Anyway watch the fight against Naruepol, you see what i mean.

And every numbskull can see that petrosyan is very thai oriented. he isnt doing karate, right? the reflexes, leg grabs, front kicks, timing of the lowkick, the calmth. In fact his whole demeanor in the ring says thai boxer.
