sorry if dumb question but at around 16:15 you do dp, the voiceline goes through, and so does the few frames of the move but it doesn't drain your charge meter like it should have? i swear i've seen an instance where order sol will do a special at level 2 but get the level 1 version of it and retains the charge meter in the same place, is there an explanation for that? thanks
