Honestly, if we're going for a RWBY rep in Strive, I'd go for Yang. Strive doesn't really have an agile brawler yet, and her semblance (iirc) could make for a pretty cool install super.

Ruby shouldn’t be DLC in strive, rather Blazblue. Monty was a fan of blazblue after all.

Well, technically ruby has already been in a blazblue game with bbtag. Also, while I do think it would be cool to have ruby in another blazblue game to honor Monty, you can't deny that guilty gear is just a bigger media that would bring more attention and hype to RWBY. (Also I'm a bit biased because I just want to play any RWBY character in strive)
