With no video it's usually a bad fuse, bad BA driver chip or the 1506 8 array resistors 47k. You can easily find replacements for those parts along with a cap kit on supplier sites and Ali Express. If it was dropped or intentionally damaged then it's only good as a parts board. I have a Modchip in mine with the Retro Gem mod along with the RePS2. And it still works just fine.
