Hi Payal, to be frank, ur house is looking fresh without all clutter n without dark carpets n dark colored wall paint. Keep less decor n keep rearranging all decor pieces in the new house.

Renting is a good option if are willing to take the head ache of fixing things . Renters don’t take care of your house like their own . Also it depends upon the lease .. long term renters are good for landlords .

Hi … I use to have a good diet but I switched to salad and protein diet but I was good for 1 month after that I use to get very bad stomach ach as if someone took all my stomach in hand squeezing badly … It happened every 2 to 3 days …. Latter I found out shifting to complete different diet leads to some stomach acid secretion which causes us pain . So if u wanna switch diet do slowly by switch from one meal then after a month 2 meal like this it will not cause any pain .

Please ask shoumik to avoid raw salads especially the leafy ones, they do create such discomforts. I too believe eat ( veg/nonveg) vat you have been eating since childhood in your culture, our body cells recognise them . Eat cucumbers for salad, other veggies cook in your traditional way n eat. Raw foods r best avoided. Also if its possible try to avoid maida n outside roti for a while....kind of take a break from them . All the best for rai too. Stay strong n keep smiling 😊

In my opinion you should sell your home. I can give you a couple of reasons..... The current market is really good its sellrs market. You get good price and you can use that money for new home so you can reduce alots of interest. If you rent this home, what guarantee they will keep your home clean and unbreakable. Already it's old home think about repairing cost. You need to pay property tax. Are you able to get that much rent? Who knows where Rai will be settling down . You can give money as a gift for a down payment for her new home. Keeping a home is a big liability in the US. Make sure to think about property tax, home insurance, and repairing costs. At the end of the day, you guys know what is best for you and your finance requirements. What do you want to do with that. Before making any decision, think about all aspects. Personally I do not like owning rental properties (we did in the past). Lot of hassles and you need to pay HOA, insurance, all bills , rental agency (if you dont want to find renters on your own) and then ongoing upkeep (this breaks, that breaks etc.). It's a continuous hassle and liability in my opinion. It's like always being on production support, you may expect calls anytime. 😂😂

Payal , on e you shift Sid ko Khana khate samay video dikhana bandh kardo.....first it will be difficult but later you will thank yourself....it's the distracted eating ....his mind is.doing two things at a time eating and watching video and since video is more attractive they tend to concentrate on that , then on eating food.....even his brain will be not give the signal when its full.since its engaged on watching video....trust me this my experience and also i have seen a scientific video on this.
