Thank you for all the hard work and time you put into your long form videos! You are a fantastic pastry chef and an excellent videographer! I also enjoy your notes section! Please accept my modest donation as a small token of my esteem and appreciation!
A person who thinks all the time Has nothing to think about except thoughts So, he loses touch with reality And lives in a world of illusions By thoughts, I mean specifically, chatter in the skull Perpetual and compulsive repetition of words Of reckoning and calculating I'm not saying that thinking is bad Like everything else, It's useful in moderation A good servant, but a bad master And all so-called civilized peoples Have increasingly become crazy and self-destructive Because, through excessive thinking They have lost touch with reality That's to say We confuse signs With the real world This is the beginning of meditation Most of us would have Rather money than tangible wealth And a great occasion is somehow spoiled for us unless photographed And to read about it the next day in the newspaper Is oddly more fun for us than the original event This is a disaster For as a result of confusing the real world of nature with mere signs We are destroying nature We are so tied up in our minds that we've lost our senses Time to wake up What is reality? Obviously no one can say Because it isn't words It isn't material, that's just an idea Reality is The point cannot be explained in words I'm not trying to put you down It's an expression of you as you are One must live We need to survive, to go on We must go on
Oh my gosh! It should be illegal how satisfying this video was! Incredible work is always my friend!! When you scooped that chocolate cream the first time I nearly gasped, and those little pumpkin molds were so cute! You put so much into this and I loved every minute of it! I want to eat it so bad!! It's not fair!! How do you even come up with these incredible treats? *sigh* I guess I just have to wait for your next video to be satisfied 😙 Congratulations on the new oven by the way! I'm sure you're going to put it through through its paces and Beyond, may your previous oven rest in peace 🙏
What a joy to have discovered your channel! Everything looks so delicious!! I will continue watching your videos! These little pumpkins are adorable! ^^ They sure were delicious! 🎃
Good morning, Amazing!! totally amazing. Such skill. These little cakes probably made you feel like you were floating, such wonderful work and you have taken so much care in the combination of ingredients. It was beautifully done, glad you could enjoy the work of your hands. It was a super nice video I was totally amazed at your skills. Go well. Sorry about the oven.... Kind regards.
For those of you who have never eaten that kind of dessert substance before, the texture is even better feeling than it looks. I don't know the words to describe all of the aspects of that texture other than "silky", "fluffy", "rich" and "airy". Even if it is expensive to get that kind of thing in your area or if it takes many attempts to make it yourself, it is worth it to just get to try it.
Maybe instead of using a chocolate cream surrounding the pumpkin, use a spice cream- so like a cinnamon honey flavor cream surrounding the pumpkin? I know most pumpkin dishes in the US use a spice mix of nutmeg, cinnamon, and ginger (AKA the infamous pumpkin spice), but the cinnamon and honey flavor would flatter the pumpkin without clashing with the chocolate.
No in Japan there’s food besides pumpkin. There’s chestnut, pears, and even pumpkin pudding. Even sweet potato and other potato types are common flavors in Japan.
@@arfinjalal4563 In the video the man says he regrets that the pumpkin flavor was lost. Or something along those lines. This commenter here is trying to help him with her experience in US pumpkin spiced goods. (She forgot clove, but otherwise she is correct about the common spices found in most pumpkin flavored foods and drinks.) Literally nothing she said put down Japanese seasonal foods. Re-read her comment after paying attention to the video.
@@Midori_Seabreeze Exactly. As far as seasonal flavors go, I think a pear cream matched with ginger would taste heavenly. Also, it depends on brand- most of the pumpkin spice mix beverages popular in my area omit clove. Personally, I do not- but I don't use that mix for pumpkin. I use it for cider (no orange peel in my family's recipe, but enough clove to numb your tongue!)
I have been planning to do a recipe with the same motif for some time now, I watched the video as inspiration. For my recipe, I will copy the pumpkin filling inside of a chocolate container, but I plan to work with pseudo-custard and chocolate cake instead. I'm going to use a halloween pumpkin to make a syrup, and then mix that syrup into a sweet potato paste. I'm going to separate eggs, and use the whites to make a chocolate sponge cake, while the yolks will be preserved into the pumpkin-and-sweet-potato paste. After watching the video, I decided to use activated charcoal in the chocolate sponge cake, because I thought there would be some nutritional synergy with vitamin A.
