Hi guys, great video. It appears to me that the evil queen animatronic is malfunctioning. She should have her back to you as you enter into the room, you should see the Evil Queen's reflection and then the old hag turns to face you. I'm thinking it is a cast member going to a breaker box or a switch to fix the evil queen and turn her back to her rightful position.
