I love how you can see that Tobias means every word and feels what the song means to him. It’s a very intimate performance. This is Tobias singing; not Cardinal Copia.
@@nicholasperez8482 Is that the one known as Mad Gallica?? She's got a hell of a voice, it's almost wasted on BV's but it sounds so damn good in this band!!
My partner has MS and will probably die before me, I cried the first time I heard this because I thought this would be a beautiful funeral song. Now it is one of my favorite songs. I could see it being a beautiful marriage song as well 😂
I've always thought the same thing. I make it a point to watch his eyes on close ups, to try and envision what's going through his brain LOL I've heard this song so many times and it still get's me "right there".
This song was my gateway drug into all things Ghost. Thank you to my daughter who played this in the car one day, and I asked "who is this?" The student has become the teacher.
1:30 he says "But in your eyes" like before instead of "Within your heart". I still love it, makes me feel better when I sing the wrong lyrics by mistake in my head. ❤️
I wish they played this every show, but mic'd this way. Mad and Jutty add so much. The best band of the last 2 decades. Thank you Tobias for assembling an amazing group of musicians.
My 30 year old son turned me on to them and I am HOOKED---he is shocked that his "old man" actually listens and follow the band. Old people can still rock.
You touched my life so deeply. You deserve all you can get. I'm not a native English speaker. So I speak through my heart. You helped me to face the worst moments of my life listening to your songs. So, thank you
This song is so important to me. I almost think they wrote it just for me or it came at just the time. This just may have saved my life on so many ways. It can't be understated. I found myself in this song again a again.
1:49 - 2:05 It's so entertaining to see how the Nameless Ghoul in the background enjoys the few seconds he is in the spotlight. #itisthemomentofjustlettinggo
I absolutely Love this Band! I had someone in my family pass away and I played this song for weeks in my car crying. I have three Ghost CDs in my car at all times. My son has songs memorized. Hope they come back to Pittsburgh. Gonna try and see them in Hershey. I wish this band all the best. Can't wait for a new album.
from 2:35 always gets me hyped up.....so powerful.....even the recording...every single time, and I am generally driving, banging on the steering wheel going hard with it.... absolutely love it :-D
I thought I was the only one. I have been listening to this so much that my little nephew loves it and comes running to find me when he hears it. We jam out in the truck to this all the time...
The moment I heard them I was hooked and haven't stopped they are the complete package amazing songs talented musicians and Tobias is an exceptional frontman and singer the Ghouls backing vocals gave me absolute chills so bummed i couldn't see them live in September
Zombolic P. They are getting a paycheck and a chance to be apart of a band that is changing things.. they are learning through that experience for themselves also which is valuable. It’s on their music career resume.
Jo B Yes i know all that, but i would rather like to see a band than a solo thing. they could use different gimmicks or masks. but this is just my opinion, i understand what u mean. Its a good experience
This is a Tobias' band, the ghouls are just employers, so that's fair a paycheck... They'd know since beginning that, it's unfair they sued Tobias for "more money" or "participation"
It's been many many long years since I fell in love with a band. However,that changed when I first heard "He Is". I fell head over heels for these guys(and Goulettes) I have beern buying everything they've done and bought a new MP3 player just dedicated for their music. They make me smile,cry,and everything in between. They totally stole my heart. They are so much like Alice Cooper in their theatrics,and music. And I love Alice,..have since I was 17 in 1971. :}
Another masterpiece by GHOST/ Tobias Forge. If you have a killer sound system, run this gem through it. The nameless Ghoul drummer is an absolute madman on the skins.
I hope that next tour he finds a way to have a mask that allows him to move his jaw more. He sounds really good now, but you can tell that the restriction from the mask affects his tone quite a bit.
