Tobias has said in several interviews his goal is to bring joy and happiness to people and those are definitely some of the happiest concert goers I've ever seen. He's nailing it.
*Update* I saw Ghost 8/26 in San Diego and it was the best damn show I've ever been to and I've been to some AMAZING concerts. I'm heartbroken I was sick and missed their show with Volbeat. I hope they tour together again someday.

After my mom passed away this was the first song to play in my car driving home to catch a flight to her funeral. I cried so hard. And when I saw Ghost and they played this song I cried even harder. I miss my mom, I miss seeing concerts, and I miss being at a ghost show.

I love the juxtaposition! It messed with me for a while. I so wanted to put a neat little label on them but I found that once I stopped trying to figure out what they are and just accepted them for the music, it was like a door opened for me and it was beautiful. Such a unique band.

We had this song playing as they brought the coffin in at my dad's funeral recently. He loved ghost and wanted this to play for him, thank you for making him happy in life, and gave him a great send off in death. EDIT: Wow…I didn’t expect this response. Thank you everyone, your kind words mean so much to me. I still miss my dad everyday. I’m going to see ghost live in London on April 11th, I can’t wait.
I definitely believe that Tobias Forge is fully aware of how important Ghost as a whole as well as how the music alone has touched so many lives around the world and to what level of effect Ghost has pure genius don't ever stop making music , for me your music has become a daily routine and now that I have Ghost I wouldn't go back to my life without the music you've made my heart and my soul are forever changed on the deepest level its just crazy the feelings that fill u when u hear the music its unforgettable

This guy absolutely gets it. Of all the interviews I've seen with Tobias, he's never once come off as arrogant or cocky. Confident, yes. But very humble and appreciative. Ghost deserve all the rewards and fame they are receiving. Good on them.
As a Christian I love Ghost and I don't care what anyone says, listening to a band isn't going to send me to hell. Going to see Ghost is like seeing the latest evil horror movie at the theaters.

Feb 4th this year I died, I was dead, flatlined, gone, they bought me back in A&E. My mum passed the next day. This song is so emotional for a lot of fans, it's more than that....tell your family and friends you love them, don't waste time, enjoy your life, just don't hurt anyone along the way xx
I bonded over this song today with my grandma, who wanted to know something about the concert I went to last week and the band in general. We'd lost grandpa last year. We both teared up. She's such an amazing and open person, once I finished explaining and presenting some clips, she was all like 'now this is a band i'd like to see,' she was especially taken by the happiness expressed by the fans :D

It seems that they are afraid to enjoy life. And for everything they need an appointment (termin). Even to go to a bar with friends they need an appointment, they are not spontaneous. It could have footages from Portugal, Spain, Italy or Greece, but from Germany sure not.

I saw them in 2016 with Papa III. Such an amazing show. My only regret was not shoving my way to the front row to participate in communion during Body and Blood. I left the show with a $666 Papa bill though

I dont like how things turned out with the original members..they wrote some of the material..i dont know the whole story..what i know i dont like..that being said i remember when they first came out..i had a feeling they would get really big cuz they had catchy songs and the singer isnt screaming amd has a real good voice..grammy nominations helped them big time

I cried to life eternal one time, because my mom broke the news to me that my dog died. Lemme recreate how it went: Me: *listening to ghost on shuffle* Mom: hey.. can I talk to you for a sec? Me: sure, one second though. *finishes song and goes to living room* Mom: so uh… she has died… she didn’t make it through the labor and stokes she had before.. sorry. *my mom looks like she is worried about me at this point* Me: *in tears* she didn’t make it through the labor overnight…? Mom: yes, she was 8 years old, she was a old dog… sorry. Me: *runs to room and shuts door.* *plays the next song in playlist* Me: *crys even harder hearing that it’s life eternal but still sings along* It’s the saddest thing I’ve experienced.

That song is always one of my favorites and the video love letter to the fans tells you everything you need to know about them. There are 100s of great bands, but no one gets their fans and gives back as much love to them as Ghost.

When my grandma passed away it was really hard to let her go. She saw me growing and was always there for me, even when my parents couldnt. She hold me when i had nightmares and as a grown up pansexual girl she was the only member of my family that I came out to, and she said that it was ok to love. She teach me to never accept any abuse, to be fearless, to do whatever makes me happy. Dear friends and Ghost family. I only discovered this song and video about a month ago, and It's been in heavy rotation ever since. My father passed away very unexpectedly eight days ago, on January 13th, and it has been very tough on me mentally and emotionally, as one would expect. It was a total shock to my family. This song has become a sort of tribute for me to my dad. We have always known what he wanted if he were ever in this situation, so we took him off the ventilator last Friday so that he could pass in peace. When I got into my car, completely exhausted mentally, I played this song. "This is the moment of just letting go. This is the moment of just letting go." The song was speaking to me directly. I sang this song at my grandmothers funeral on February 24th. She was the strongest person that I’ve ever known and died at the age of 89. Many people asked me where I found the song and I told them about Ghost. Tobias really knows how to put things into words. What a great song. I was choking back tears the entire song so I hope I did the song justice.

Diego, I'm so sorry. I imagine it hurts more than anything else in this world, but I cannot even guess at how bad. Don't let others upset you. They mean well & probably think they'll beiong sympathetic & giving you great advice, not realising how much their words are upsetting you. It amazes me that people blurt something like this out without thinking how they would feel if they were in your situation. I cannot promise you you'll ever be ok with what has happened, but I can promise you that a day will arrive when you wake up, shower & dress, eat breakfast & head off to work. At some point, you'll realise that your first thought of that day wasn't about your girlfriend & it will be the first time that's happened. No doubt you'll feel guilty when it happens, but you shouldn't because it's a normal stage of mourning. You'll never forget her or the love you shared, you'll always mourn her, but the day will come when living with the loss won't feel catastrophic & all-consuming, & the pain will become bearable. There might even be a time when you can start to think about a new relationship. But for now, you're holding on to what you shared, & that's a perfectly normal reaction to a sudden loss. Grieve at your own pace. Your girlfriend was important & her loss will take a lot of getting used to. You were the one in a relationship with her, so you are the one to decide how you mourn her & for how long. Stay strong, my friend. 🙂
