We went to the two nights at the Kia Forum in LA. I was speaking to a woman in her 60s while waiting for the concert to start. She and her daughters travel all around to see them live. When the concert finally started she pretty much summed up how I feel about Ghost and their concerts. She said I have been waiting my entire life for this concert to begin. I'm 55 and love all the rock from the 60s to now, but there is something so special about Ghost. The melodies, the theatrics, the characters, etc... I hope we have them for many years to come.
This was my first ritual that I was healthy enough to attend. I was in the pit and had a blast. It was hot as all hell down there and had some amazing people in pit pick me up during square hammer to get me to medical on the stage side. Honestly one of the best concerts of my life and I will be going again if my health keeps improving. The audience was so alive despite all us dying inside from the heat. It was great.
I got front row and vip this day and it was probably the best concert I’ve been to even though I’ve been to like 50. At 52:10 he came over and was looking/singing right to me, I can’t really spot myself but this helped to see where I was XD I just got back from seeing the movie and now I miss the concert 10x more.. thank you for uploading the whole thing, it means so much I get to see it all again :)
Cool! I went to see them last Tuesday at the Kia Forum in Los Angeles on the 12th damn phenomenal performance! But trip out no video or photo was allowed so they barred everyone's phones!
All I have to say is thank you so much to all the pit ppl who helped gather the beads for my grucifix that broke when I opened it 🥲 you all were so kind for doing that I wish I could thank all of you individually! ❤
It's been great watching this band evolve over the last ten years, saw them in 2013 and it was cool and refreshing to see and hear a band go in a different direction from most other metal bands, they have come so much farther than I imagined from that early tour, ( Papa II I believe,) had not seen them live again until Imperatour and was pleasantly blown away at how far the whole concept has come, the performances are so professional, the songs are catchy af with so many killer hooks, Tobias is just brilliant and the band are just superb, I love this band more for the music than the theatrics and lore but the whole mythology is so fun and works so well. I got Impera and was 100% sold at that point, (I'm an old-school metal head from way back) it brought back the goosebumps I remember from albums like Judas Priest Screaming For Vengeance, Iron Maiden Powerslave and Metallica Master of Puppets; I was just a teen myself then so seeing this live and the younger fan reactions and participation warms my blackened metal heart...HE IS!
I was there that night all I can say Ghost is so amazing can't wait to see them again soon next time I will be in the mosh pit. Also shout out to Amon Amarth they were great also.
Great job recording this btw, thanks for the upload, sound is good and the steady camera and wider shots from a further vantage is appreciated, cheers!
i saw myself! i was in the bottom left corner looking up at the ghouls. i know nobody else was able to see me probably but thats ok, i think its cool i can be seen
How is it that a group of “satanic” musicians have more class and better crowds than any other rock band. I’ve only saw them live once at Texas Motor Speedway when they opened for Avenged Sevenfold. A7f did great, but Ghost definately out did all of them that day with they showmanship, entertainment, and just being true entertainers. I have been a fan since seeing them play on Colbert years ago, as the started to blow up. Pink Floyd has been my favorite all my life. But they are now number two after Ghost. Ghost never disappoints. Every release tells a story, every release makes me wish I would have been a better musician instead of going medical.
