The multi - instrument ghoul stole my focus from Copia multiple times! this guy harmonizes with Tobias in a way so perfectly. Also he brings more sensuality... has rhythm. wicked and sweet dance moves. Enchanter
"We need you to clap. On the 2 and on the 4. Not the 1 and the 3. It sounds stupid." 😂 i was at this show. Without question one of the best live bands i have ever seen🤘⛧😈💀
Been my favorite band since Opus. Remember seeing videos of them playing Con Clavi at overseas festivals and it makes me so happy to see Tobias getting the respect he deserves.
bhebert62482 It's great to see them playing plenty from Opus and great to see how well the new stuff is being received. Let's be honest though any combination of 25 Ghost tracks would make for a good gig!
He is like Brian Wilson...the guy can do it all. Incredible. Plus, he moves like a trained dancer-ballet artist with sex appeal. How does he pull it off? Older rock bands are dying out and nobody has anything new in rock genre, so Ghost can flourish. Hopefully, up and coming bands will follow in the same direction and bring better music to the table.
I was at the Pittsburgh show the next day. First time i saw Ghost live, and it was life changing! Been watching this video non stop to relive that amazing night!
After Copia introduced the band members (Ghoulettes were last) there was a brief silence and I just yelled "GHOULETTES!!!" and several people whistled which enacted an additional bow and blown kiss from them
i had to watch this twice, the 1st time i had my sound level down. when i found out, i cranked it up and started over. i haven't air drummed as much as i did during this show in a long time. or ever! absolutely brilliant concept and execution. can't wait for the album.
Traveled to Milwaukee from south Florida to see this set on on my birthday . Unfortunately , a tune man passed away during the intermission and the set was cut short . This will hold me over until the Miami show that was just announced !
The only problem that I have with the Setlist is that they played ritual too early in the set, Its one of there best songs and I think they should have played it right before square hammer.
@@jenifermiller1235 I've never seen them alter their setlist night to night. Literally probably my sole complaint about my favorite band! So many great fucking songs to choose from...but I guess that's what we get with touring musicians only :(
I've been to many, many concerts. Country, rock, hard rock, classical, too many to list. Ghost puts on the best performance, best sounding of any I have seen. Saw them Dec. 2nd in Charlotte NC, met Cardinal Copia at the meet&greet/photo op... it was phenomenal. If you've never seen Ghost perform, you just don't know what you're missing.
I was at the show in milwaukee,wi on may 31st where a fan passed away :/ they did a great honour by ending the rest of the show. Suxked but I've never met a band that was that respectful of one their fans. Hopefully they come back and redo the show for us!
I heard about that show. So sad. Ending the show early was the respectful thing to do. If I were in the band it would be difficult for me to focus on the rest of the performance anyway. The thought would stick with me for a long while. I’m sure the band will play there again and it won’t be forgotten by them.
They are coming back on Halloween night. Shirts with Jeff Fortune and CC's image will be sold to raise money for his family. Contact the venue asap to reclaim your ticket.
saw them Sat. night in Camden, NJ. so apparently a large portion of the crowd was just there for GHOST, those of us who were not were JAW dropped ~ looking at each other in amazement, blown away completely. New Fan here🎸 Lead singer reminded me a little bit of OOOOLD Peter Gabriel before Genesis. guitarists were outstanding!
Was at the Chattanooga show on May 10th. I thought I'd seen the best this band would ever be in May 2016 in Birmingham. Damn was I wrong. The lead guitarist, whom I think is Per Eriksson, is brilliant.
Ok I am a new fan and I listened to this live from 2013 and I feel this is far better his voice seems much more on point than before. Tobias is doing exactly as he said he was going to, the band itself fabulous
cant wait for the phx show , been enjoying the new album alot, i game in world of warcraft with lots of metal like ghost, nightwish, delain, dir en grey, i like my foreign metal alot, its helped with my cancer fight for six years
As much as I love every step Ghost has taken a long the way, their mainstream appeal will continue to lead them towards boring, unresponsive crowds like this. That’s the fate of all music that comes to bigger venues, and it’s kind of a shame. Nothing wrong with people wanting to enjoy a show in the way they want to, be it just standing there or jumping around or whatever, but for me, nothing beats seeing a band in a smaller venue with an engaged crowd.
Swiss is definitely Nihil, hell you can even see the white of the spat on his shoes when the chasuble lifts to show his feet sometimes. The mannerisms are also very similar.
YAY a full upload! I was there in the second row. Was only my 2nd actual concert but definitely the better one and more energetic! I'm glad they don't sound bad live (theres a bunch of bands that are good in the album but the lives sound nothing like it, often worse), this band definitely didn't have that problem.
Keirkan if I can watch a band live first I know I will like them. Always been that way. This band is one of those. Bands are dying out and this is 100% real band I thunk that’s why everyone is flipping out about their sound changing.
Subscribed! Seriously Dude, one of the best A/V recordings I’ve seen on here-great job! 👍🏻👊🏻 I bleed Ghost & this is such a great & long Gig that kicks ass! 🙌🏻👻🎶💀🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻
