I genuinely wonder why the Straw Hats are more durable than most of the Mongol units (even the brutes) because they do not have body armor while they do, and Jin kills them more quickly than the Straw Hats. Makes sense if they are trained in withstanding pain like Jin did with Shimura, except the fact that fear works on them like any other enemy 😂😂😂. Hilarious shit to watch them run cartoon style.

The way you make clean work of groups sorrounding is pretty incredible. Have you ever switched to Melee Alt control scheme? That's what I use, because it allows me to move the controller while engaging a large group. Main difficulty is stance switching is impossible to smoothly transition, there's always a delay, and doing an MMC was too much of a headache to master. Great Kanetomo finisher btw. I need to play this game more actively. It's rewarding as hell but if I take a break from it I get rusty, make silly mistakes, lvl 1 lethal duels are painful lol

Thanks! Nah im on default settings as thats what works for me. Stance switching is just all about changing after an attack. Yh even me I was rusty during my time off play other games. Will happen again perhaps as other big games are coming and I honestly want to play something new

Is the key to winning these duels have something to do with consecutive attacks? Bc I swear fighting these dudes on lethal is like dealing with a superhuman with how they automatically turn around & strike regardless of what I do. & apparently disrupting a heavy attack before it happens isn’t a thing either which doesn’t make a lick of sense, but it is a game I guess.

I’d say making sure you don’t get surrounded by them is key. They do feel superhuman with how they attack and take tons of damage at times. Using ghost weapons can also help during combat

Moon stance normal attack...make sure it is the last hit you do on an enemy to achieve this. its tricky to do as its 50% chance but if you practice and learn the animations youll get it like i do :)

Is this definitely Lethal? The enemy should be dying quicker. Many of them take many hits. Lethal mode means you kill them quickly as you deal more damage, as does the enemy.
