The Tac 50 is my go-to. I have the Brown variant or whatever it’s called. Maybe it’s been buffed since this video was uploaded. Loving Breakpoint and your GR content.
@Bourbon Freeman @Bullet Catcher Gaming The TAC 50’s range, stability, and handling combo compared to the M82 is better for me with my skill. The M82 doesn’t have a bipod or extended mag to reduce recoil. but it’s rate of fire and damage is better in more intense situations.
Thank you very much for this cool video guys. It is a bit weird that the breath holding thing wasn't working. I'm actually shocked by the outcome. I've always preferred the TAC50 because it seemed to perform better for me. Perhaps I didn't give the M82 the proper chance that it deserves. As a result of your informative video, I'm now convinced to stop being biased and give the M82 an honest try. Thanks again.
@@nickharris7406 I think the reason I never really gave the M82 a try is because I don't think you used to be able to put a silencer on it (if I remember correctly) - but now you can. I will say though that is seems pretty weird that you can't put a bipod on it.
Excellent Video BCG!! But a Fun Fact is that you need Follow Up Shots to hit Moving Targets Like Helicopters. So the Follow Up Shot Speed with the Aiming Consistancy of the TAC 50 is hard to beat. Like, If you aim for the Heli Pilot with the TAC 50 you can take the heli out in One Shot. Or if You Hit the Heli"s Controls and the Follow Up Shot Hits the Engine? Then you can 2 shot the Heli. And that is why Follow Up Shots from the TAC 50 on Fast Moving Targets, are hard to beat. For more info check the Rate of Fire and you be the judge?
I love the M82 so this confirming it the king is brilliant! Great testing bud. I will say the weapon is hard to aim but it's all about when the character reaches his full or empty lung cap never pull the trigger while inhaling or exhaling always wait for that brief rest and pray your ballistics perk is going to work
I wonder if the spot where you hit the chopper makes a difference. Similar to body and headshots. At 800m it is difficult to see where you hit. Cool Video! Thank you! Did you test in immersive mode? If not you may face differences due to the special skills that the guns can carry.
@B_C_G BaconSoldier76 Hmm, I was thinking about this a bit more. I theory the higher the range value the faster the bullet travels thus it should have more impact. But I don't know if the physics model in Ghost Recon is that detailed. Somehow it's got to be this way because I noticed you need more hits on people when you are far away. But there is one thing that drives me crazy: I often use the Scorpio. Wenn I start Elite faction missions I get a kill with single body shot at medium range. When the alert goes on orange I often need 2 shots for the same distance. That does not make any sense. You will not notice this with the stronger sniper rifles. My personal favorite is the Scorpio sniper because it normally has enough power for a one shot kill and shoots fast enough that I can kill 2 guys next to each other without the other one escaping. When I use the M82 I have difficulties to set the 2nd shot fast and accurate enough. I normally take down choppers in 3rd person view when they are close.
👍. Lol. I’m going to do something different and refrain from putting in any negative remarks about Ubisoft’s wonderful odd ideas. 💡 Well done on the comparison. BCG👍. thanks. Keep up the good vids 🤠
