@hanakoi567 I use a mix of Procreate and Procreate Dreams that unfortunately aren't really free and not the best for animations. If you want free options there is definitely IbisPaint, ClipStudio and Flippaclip. I draw on my tablet but a lot of programs use the pc

Unfortunately since this is a fan made project all the VAs are people who offered their voices on their own accord and are not professionals. I'm sure that there is a way to make it louder but I don't know how😅
