Fun and scary! One mod you might consider is placing a Target Point actor where you want the animation to spawn. That way you can just reference the target point for the location transform and it is easy to move if you need to adjust.
Idea/suggestion: May you are able to make a tutorial for those mystic room changes, were you turn around and suddenly the room behind you is completely different than before it's even another room. Like in Layers of Fear for example.
