Ghost stories, haunted houses & creepy vintage Halloween costumes 

Story 1: EMF cage(I think that’s what Ghost Hunters used to call it.) Story 2: The monk didn’t like your aggressively 90’s outfit. Story 3: Definitely angry confederate ghosts. I have no idea really. I’m a skeptic believer. I’ve had two weird encounters. Are you familiar with Victorian village in Memphis? Beautiful but creepy. Bonaventure Cemetery is gorgeous. I wish I’d been able to spend more time there.

Re: H Mart. Since you continue to have physical discomfort waiting for tour buses, seems obvious to me that you're picking up on something. Kind of surprised if no one else in those tours was having a similar reaction; I'd ask around. Re: monk at the funeral. Again, kinda stunned that no one asked the monk what was his reason for singling you out. I'm totally guessing here, but he probably saw a sensitivity or maybe vulnerability, & was trying to protect you. My understanding is that Buddhist thought is a person's consciousness travels to places & people it knew in life to make peace & say farewell. If a "soul" can't finish its business within 49 days, it will attach to a place & just relive its strongest emotion, the thing it couldn't let go of. It loses its humanity & becomes just that emotion. [That why Asian ghost stories are full of vengeance & violence.] Re: stuff doing things on their own. I'm with Dad that the 🌂 picked up some rebel's ornery energy. But it seems unlikely that's why you're barren. Going off on free-loading spirits with such forceful speech probably triggered an energy spike, which affected the brush. ?? I don't believe in ghosts per se, but being Jap-Am, yes, I strongly believe all living things have energy & that objects can both absorb energy & be affected by residual/habitual energy. Like people seeing a ghost always walking in the same place -- maybe that's just the residue of a person who paced or worked in that space with great emotion or focus over & over & over.

Maybe you are extra sensitive to those other energies. If the Buddhist monk asked only you to turn around at the burial then there must be something to it! I am not a skeptic BTW, I am pretty open to the unexplained and the fact that energy doesn't just disappear, it just transfers and we are energy in physical form. I had some very strange things happen to me in the year after my dad passed away. But I wasn't scared, it was quite comforting actually to have him there. Some part of you is open to be receptive, maybe deep down you are not so skeptical after all. 🤔😏
