When my sweet sweet 74 year old grandma was dying, she would scream in the middle of the night and when we came to see what was wrong she would point to the corner and the ceiling and say “the hoverers are here” 😳 “they’re hovering” I had a dream about her last night, the first and only time I’ve dreamt of her since she died in 2014. We were vibing out in the dream.

I'm so creeped out lmao. I just turned off the lights and had to walk upstairs while listening to the sinister music part. Gawdddd hahaha i almost ran

Thank you for reading my story. I just had and unexpected visitor yesterday. As crazy as it sounds, the man's daughter came to my house to see her childhood home. We had a very detailed conversation which is too dark for me to repeat. I was so creeped out yesterday but then I got to watch your podcast this morning! Thank you for making me laugh about this! You two bring me so much joy.

I’m late but I still wanted to share if anyone is reading, but my one ghost experience was like 5 years ago at my house. It was the summer and it was so hot, so I went to shower so I would feel better. It was really late at night and my sister and I were sleeping in my parents room because our room was under construction. For context, my family has always had a big purple yoga ball rolling around our house. I came out the shower and the hallway was pitch black, and I heard the ball bouncing inside the room under construction. I walked into the room and turned on the light, assuming my sister was in the bouncing the ball in the dark ???? I was about to ask her about it but I walked in and the ball was still bouncing and nobody was there. I went to my parents room and everyone was sleeping. In the morning I asked if anyone went into the room last night but the all said they hadn’t been there all day… 😵‍💫

Yes! The movie sinister.. when the main character watches the first video of someone getting burned in a car or something the noise that goes with that video I don’t think it’s music it just terrifying noises! I turned the movie off after that and couldn’t watch it that noise was too damn scary and I actually love scary movies they’re my fav, but that noise took it too far. Lol.

I had almost the exact same situation as the girl who thought the shadow figure was her bf. I was sleeping at my bfs house his room was in the basement. He had left for work and I was sleeping still, I heard heavy footsteps come down the stairs and whip open the sliding door of his room, I was positive it was him, I lifted my head and saw a shadow figure with a hat, the same kind of hat my bf wore too like a cap, anyway I put my head down for some reason and looked back up like a double take, and nothing was there. The heavy footsteps and the sliding door is WHAT WOKE ME UP. I was ready to see my bf but no... I'll never forget that. My bf told me later his place was haunted for sure

In the old house that I lived in there was an attic in my bedroom. The only thing in the attic was ugly old chairs in weird positions. We only opened it that one time to put stuff in it and then we locked it up again and never opened it after.

I have a kinda scarier story but once when I was in 3rd grade I lived in this house with my mom and sister and the house was kinda haunted. Lots of weird things would happen, things would disappear only to be found in the weirdest places weeks later, or we would hear weird noises. Like snake “hissing” noises that happened only in my room and only when my door was closed. I even had my mom move all of my furniture because I was afraid some creature got in and nothing was in my room. Anyways… once I remember hearing my mom scream in the middle of the night and I had no idea what was going on until years later she finally told me what actually happened. She said she felt someone get in her bed and was trying to tell if it was me or my sister because it was normal for us to do back then if we had nightmares or got scared. She slept with one of those eye masks on so she said she started feeling the person because she could tell which one of us it was just by the way we feel. She couldn’t figure out why the person’s hair was so long and seemed to never end so she took her blindfold off and said she saw a woman with extremely long dark hair who hovered over her and said “I am the angel of death” and that is when she screamed. I am wary of lots of things my mom says lol she has lots of “ghost experiences” and I used to not believe any of them until I had a few of my own experiences. This particular story she told me is one I believe because she told it so seriously and too detailed to be made up, it also took her so long to finally tell me because she has been scared to talk about it at all in fear it would happen again. She got pretty emotional telling me about it and I could see the fear in her eyes.

Once i was dog watching and I was in the house alone and suddenly music started playing over the bluetooth speakers. It was daylight thankfully, but i was freaked out. It eventually turned off and there was probably a a plausible reason for it (like there daughter was near the house and accidentally connected the music).

I have this ghost story that I’ve been holding in for years, and just recently started telling it to some people that I trust, because I felt so dumb because I never believed in stuff like that and I feel like most people say they don’t believe in ghost even tho I’m from religious country and most older people say they believe in God so it’s contradicting because ghosts are supposed to be souls, so like what do you mean boo lol but yeah I never believed in god, even as a kid, and I thought I didn’t believe in paranormal stuff either but then THAT happened so yeah

Bummed that I didn’t get time to write my story down, I have over I wanna say 50 stories of weird ghost / “paranormal” experiences occur to me, one that stands out to me the most though is when I was staying at my nans which is haunted and it was just past midnight and I heard loud crashing noises and a bang on the front door which was loud enough that I could hear it through my headphones and after I just heard footsteps run back and fourth outside my door, or the other one is when I was over night dog sitting at a family members house and all I could hear was footsteps running up and down the hall bare in mind the dog was asleep next to me

I have a couple scary ghost stories 🤧 but I got used to it. There was at least 3 ghosts (but one might have been a demon because I was making jokes about a demonic “game” and some scary shit happened and I was with someone who saw too). But since I got used to it- it just stopped and I am still kinda offended that I got ghosted by an actual ghost 🥺 but it was all very terrifying at the time
