Definitely a strange movie not really sure if the producers and writers of this movie intended to keep the audience guessing if the main character is mentally disturbed or actually dealing with some sort paranormal thing this movie isnt bad and is worth seeing once but its is kinda hard to understand
It's not a paranormal thing. He's in some sort of post death condition, and all the people in the town are actually dead, too. Hence, the name of the movie, "Ghost Town."
