Where I come from "Heh" has a negative connotation. Words have different meanings from one town to the next, from one state to the next, from to one country to the next. Under the impression that this was the case here with your comment, I acknowledged the fact that differing opinions are actually a good thing for society. Are there a couple of cameras on the hat of Tobias? And, btw, what do we call this newest character ? Is this Papa 4? Or still Cardinal Copia? I really SHOULD know this, BUT, I am confused as to what his current title is, in "the clergy".

Another question, but, perhaps most people won't know thew answer to it. What is in Tobias's aka Papa 's ear? It looks like a hearing aid, but, most likely is not one. I just wondered since he has one in his ear all of the time it seems. You can't tell if everybody else (ghouls) have them in too.
