The majority of sounds used in this remix are custom creations using Virtual Instruments (VSTi) and the Copyrights to those parts belong to - DJ Night Runner aka NR01 (Now Ruuku) - Apart from the original theme song used in this remix sampled and cut into segments and repeated, which NR01/Ruuku takes no credit for the original production.

The Ghostbusters theme tune just got a kick into the 21st century with my Dubstep Remix!
I started this remix when I heard about the new Ghostbusters game for the Xbox360/PS3. Learning that the game developers didn't remix the original song, that they only updated the sounds for 5.1 surround, I set out to modernize & remix the great theme. Choosing the genre was difficult but seeing as Dubstep was becoming more and more popular, it seemed like the right choice. I remixed the original theme in my small amateur home studio, only taking a few weeks to get the right sound (for the time) and now it has been heard by hundreds of thousands of people allowing me to grow a small fan base in which I am very grateful for. I also would like to get noticed by Sony themselves as many people have said this remix would be great as the next Ghostbusters movie theme tune. Nope, both are my versions, just the one with Lyrics is the updated mastered version I only uploaded via my soundcloud page and gave permission to Nuropsych1 to use it in that Rail Busters video. This youtube version was the first concept I produced way back in 2009. I hope that clears it up for you! :)

@drummaboy2346 - Naked ay? You heard the mastered updated version yet? It's revamped but with the same flow with added vocals... And I didn't use FL :) I used a multitude of VST's to get a custom sound for this remix, so nothing standard. I just refined everything in the remastered version... Respect

But I think it's too late to redo the whole track from scratch, and send it to the Studio. I also wouldn't know how to get them to use it anyway. :( But thanks for the comment! Respect! :)

@WinterbornSalem - Yeah man, I did try to find ''I ain't afraid of no ghost'' acapella vocal. And I tried to rip it from the Original but it didn't sound right and was really awkward to manipulate, so I just left it. I have a VIP version I just released on my soundcloud page which has Vocals and has been mastered... Respect :)

@KevinLounsberry - Yep DJing & also as a nice build up to the melody itself, all songs have long intros, its just that 90% of songs have a Beat mixed in the beginning so most think it just gets right into it, I just thought the way I layered it would get peeps interested plus it makes for a great mix with a few dance or dubstep tunes out there :) About the subs, they are deep & am in the middle of sorting out frequencies, bieng so busy I hardly get to sort it, I Will get it done though. Respect
